Since opening our doors in 2007, Indiana Thermal Solutions has developed and grown because of our exceptional team. We’re proud of our staff’s abilities to contribute their unique experience and skills to our continuing success.

Chris Adkins

President

Chris was born and raised in Indiana and has 25+ years of experience serving the HVAC Market. He is a 1993 graduate of Purdue University.

Ryan Carr

Vice President

Ryan co-founded Indiana Thermal Solutions in 2007. He is a Purdue engineering graduate and a third generation mechanical contractor with 25+ years of experience in the HVAC market. ransformation to a sales engineer for the local McQuay Rep before co-founding Indiana Thermal Solutions in 2007.

Joe Barbarossa

Sales Engineer

Joe Barbarossa is one of the founding members of Indiana Thermal Solutions. He is responsible for commercial sales and customer growth in the Northeast Indiana territory. He is a 1989 Purdue graduate with 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry.

Russell J. Morris

Sales Engineer

Russ joined Indiana Thermal Solutions in 2014 and has over 15 years experience in the HVAC industry.  He graduated from Rose-Hulman Inst. Of Technology in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Tony Skudrzik

Parts Department

Tony Skudrzik graduated from Xavier University with a degree in Finance.
